Position Title: Club Partnership Manager
Position Status: Full Time (Work from home)

Career Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, as the Club Partnership Manager your main role will be to help build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing sports
club partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- You are the ‘club expert’, and you provide valuable information to our team on existing
and future opportunities with each club partner. - In addition to managing the relationship with existing partners, you will focus on new
club acquisition – in new and existing Kidspired Markets (all sports) - Work with GM to produce annual plans for each club partner to ensure growth and
client satisfaction - Work closely with the Fulfillment Manager and the sales team to execute sponsorship
programs at club level - As the main Kidspired contact for all our club partners (Club Liaison) you will:
- Convey important information to our club partners from the team
- Communicate important information to our team from each club
- Generate sponsorship reports on a quarterly and annual basis for our club partners
- Generate a club calendar identifying all opportunities, deadlines, etc. with each club
partners - Provide event support as needed (sponsor activations)
- Digital Communication
- Assist our club partners with their monthly enewsletter communications
- Play a key role in the creation of the Kidspired newsletter that will provide valuable content for our minor sport audience
- Conduct annual surveys with club partners
- Work with select vendors (i.e. uniform suppliers) to ensure execution of sponsorship programs at club level is implemented effectively
- Attend bi-weekly staff meetings
- Assist with various social media initiatives
- Work from home office (local travel 4-5 times per month)
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience and knowledge of minor sport organizations in Canada is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, and build and
grow long term partnerships - Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with experience working on multiple projects and managing to deadlines
- Experience with enewsletter platforms such as Constant Contact and Mail Chimp
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of various social media platforms
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, TEAMS and Dropbox
- Must have car and valid driver’s license
Personal Characteristics:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Professional, diplomatic, tactful, resourceful and dependable
- Adaptable and flexible as this role will occasionally require non-traditional hours
Experience
Minimum of two to five years’ experience as a minor sport leader or administrator is preferred.
